Recently rediscovered, and with its origin still unknown, learned people are once again arguing about why and how this artifact was made. Carved from solid gold, it's distinctly phallic shape is covered with symbolics that seem to tell the story of its own making, and despite there is obvious evidence that someone tried to destroy this proof of ancient craftmanship, the intricate details remain surprisingly unharmed. The bend, which was clearly not included in the original design of the mysterious makers, might actually have improved the overall shape when it comes to the percieved intended purpose of the sculpture. It remains to be seen if the crowd-sourcing attempt of research is able to reveal more of the artifact's nebulous history, but nonetheless, it is a valid approach. Copies are now available for the ambitious home researcher, or simply for anyone who wants to experience this ancient object for themselves.
Introducing the Defiled Golden Idol! This dented and dinged-up dong boasts the larger size of the two Golden Idols, with a very rewarding angular bend two thirds of the way up its detailed and textured length and a base with the shape of unworked metal.
